New York City 2017

This June, I visited NYC for the first time. During three days, I spent my time walking up and down Manhattan, from the Upper West to the Lower East Side, from Greenwich Village to the East Village and Brooklyn. In other words, from Zabar's to Grimaldi's. And weirdly enough, wherever I ended up, I had the feeling I was returning - maybe after a long time - in a place I had never visited before! Evidently, NY's cityscape is imprinted in Western DNA as much as Beatles' Here Comes the Sun. So, here are a couple of impressions of NYC: the weather was often cloudy, a good excuse to turn to black and white.
